The Manor Bar
Open Thursday to Sunday, The Manor Bar boasts an impressive collection of cocktails, from a Moscow Mule to a Kir Royale, there’s something to tantalise everyone’s tastebuds.
Their cocktail menu prices range from £5.95 to £8.95, so not only are they delicious, but they’re affordable too!

Poetic License Bar
With a calming seaside exterior overlooking Roker Beach’s sandy shore, Poetic License Bar is the perfect place for any occasion.
Boasting one of the biggest beer gardens in Sunderland, and with a range of indoor and outdoor seating, it’s ideal for those warm summer days which are fast approaching.
Their cocktail menu is constantly evolving and assure that their bar staff are always on the lookout for cutting-edge beverages.
Every month they create an ‘Ever-changing Cocktail’, which as the title suggests, is ever-changing, as they settle for no less than perfection from their menu.
Poetic License Bar also has their own distillery, where they handcraft their own range of speciality gins. They are proud of the fact that their Gin Cocktails don’t have far to travel from distillery to glass.

808 Bar & Kitchen
Head down to the ‘Sunniside’ of the city and grab a cocktail at 808 Bar & Kitchen. Their stylish and contemporary bar has some of the best cocktails the city has to offer.
Grab one of their fantastic deals such as four tapas dishes and 2 drinks for £28, available all-day Friday to Sunday, or three tapas dishes for £15 on weekdays.
Their Summer Spritz menu is launching in May and will feature seasonal delights like Aperol Spritz trees, perfect for sharing with friends in the sun! In the meantime, head down and try one of their Pink, Dry or Orange Gin trees.
808 Bar and Kitchen also have areas of the bar that are available to hire for events – it truly is an all-around great place.
