Get ready for an evening of rowdy rock ’n’ roll as punk dolls, PINS, roll into Independent Sunderland for an evening of punchy guitar tunes.

Originally from Manchester, PINS are a ferocious girl band that are uncompromising on their live sound and have gained a fierce live reputation for their commanding stage presence.

Spearheaded by lead-singer Faith Vern, they’re renowned for blending 60s surf harmonies with post-punk garage rock.

Catch them as they visit Sunderland for the first time in years!


Elvis Costello & The Imposters

Listen up music aficionados – legendary punk icon, Elvis Costello, is heading to Sunderland Empire Theatre this March as part of his exclusive UK tour!

Having emerged as one of the most innovative and influential songwriters during the 1970s, Elvis is hitting the road and this time, he’s bringing his brilliant Imposters band to the city for the first time in 40 years!
