Staying indoors doesn’t mean you should have to miss out on your Hotpod fix or yoga workout. Our friends at Hotpod Yoga have launched a range of online classes – meaning you can continue to practice and enjoy yoga in the comfort of your own home!
Nick Higgins, Hotpod Yoga Co-Founder and Yoga Teacher said: “We know that things are a little uncertain right now, and as we’re not able to run in-studio classes at the moment, we’ve decided to come to you. We’re excited to announce that our wonderful team of teachers will be leading a series of online flows to help you open your body, work your heart and calm your mind as you navigate through these changing times.”
To register for one of HPY’s live online classes, make sure you book via hotpodyoga.com or by using the Hotpod Yoga app.
In support of their freelance yoga teacher network, Hotpod have introduced a donation-based booking process; yoga lovers can choose to donate £0, £3, £5 or £8 for a live online class with proceeds going towards supporting their freelance teachers during this challenging time.
Once you’ve booked on to the online class, you will receive an email with an invitation to join your instructor via Zoom, an online video call platform. All that is left to do is set up your yoga mat, either download the Hotpod Sounds music app or stream the Hotpod Yoga playlist on Spotify and Soundcloud and get ready to begin the flow at the scheduled class start time.
In addition to Hotpod Yoga’s Live Online classes, another exciting video platform is coming soon which will allow users to watch pre-recorded content of their favourite teachers as they lead a range of yoga flows to practice at home.
More details to be announced very soon!
