We’ve done some digging, spoken with his elves and picked out some of the best spots in Sunderland to meet Santa Claus this Christmas…
Lunch with Santa
Roker Hotel
Santa is landing his sleigh at Roker Hotel for a number of delicious lunches. Little ones and their families should book tickets to one of the three dates throughout December. Each child in attendance will receive a small gift and enjoy a delicious lunch in the beautifully dressed ballroom. For the kids, the magical menu is serving up a roast chicken dinner with all of the trimmings or vegetarian sausage and mash, finished with a delicious chocolate brownie and ice cream. For the adults, it’s a traditional turkey dinner with all of the trimmings or carrot wellington with a spiced marmalade, followed by a triple chocolate mousse served with chantilly cream. Delicious!
Breakfast with Santa
Bridges Shopping Centre
Head along to the Bridges this December for a magical morning with Father Christmas. Santa, his elves and their North Pole energy will be greeting families for a fun-filled festive occasion. Children will receive a delicious cooked breakfast with milk or juice and adults can tuck into a breakfast sandwich and hot drink. Delicious breakfast goods aside, there will also be an opportunity for little artists to get crafty with the elves and enjoy a festive story with the big man in red. The best part? (Aside from meeting Santa of course!) At the end of the event, children will take home a ‘Letter to Santa Pack’ full of festive fun activities. 4, 11 and 18 December are the dates for your diary!
